Conflict Minerals
As required by the Conflict Minerals provisions of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, HR 4173, Section 1502 (“Conflict Minerals Act”), Meadowlark Optics will work with our suppliers and take appropriate actions to ensure that our products do not contain conflict minerals that directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or an adjoining country. We require all of our vendors to supply reliable certificates of origin for all minerals.
Export
While most of our products do not require any special export licensing to most destinations, Meadowlark Optics is committed to complying fully with US export control regulations. Our products are offered for sale under the express consideration that the buyer will comply with all applicable US export regulations.
